Getting The Word Out
Once you’ve put together a list of the special assets your property offers, we’ll work with you to make sure other agents and potential buyers become aware of that information. Different approaches work better for some properties than others. Here are some potential tools we can use to emphasize your home’s unique qualities:
- Listing/ad description. Whether online or on paper, we can use this narrative to distinguish your home from other properties on the market.
- Property flyer. It doesn’t have to be one page. While the first page may be a standard property listing form, there’s no reason we can’t add pages with more information—descriptions, diagrams of landscape plantings, maps, photographs, even testimonials from friends and neighbors.
- Display table. Set on a table in a prominent place in your home, a foam-core board or display of photos, information summaries, maps, etc.
