Make Your Home Look Great Online

Most buyers looking for a home in today's market start their home search online. What they see on your listing will determine how they react to your home.

Consider all your Internet views as a first showing. If your home passes muster after that, the in-person visit can be considered a second showing -- putting you one step closer to selling your home.

Buyers expect online photos to be good quality, numerous and taken from multiple angles of various rooms. Virtual tours and floor plans entice even more buyers. Adding pictures of nearby community attractions can also be a plus. Ask us to include them in your online listing.

Your task as a home seller is to get your rooms organized and in pristine condition so excellent photos can be taken to prompt buyers to schedule that all important in-person visit. We'll be happy to advise you how best to make your home look irresistible online.

They must have lived in their home for five consecutive years of the previous eight. A full credit is available to married-joint filers who have Modified Adjusted Gross Income up to $225,000, with a reduced credit available up to $245,000. The income limit for singles/married filing separately is $125,000, phased out up to $145,000. Other rules apply.
