9.    How do you advertise and how would you describe your internet presence?

10.   What systems do you have in place that will keep us fully informed during the marketing and then transaction period?

11.     When you list a home will you also bring a buyer to see my home and what happens if they want to purchase my home and do I get a discount if you list and sell the home?
