Our sudden need to relocate out of the area in the midst of a depressed real estate market had us quite concerned. We were impressed by the number of different strategies you used to help market our house. We all know that the Internet's role is increasing and it was very impressive to see the visibility that your website and our listing had when googling different search phrases. In our evaluation of Realtors, we did similar checks on other leading Realtors, and Luxury Valley Homes was hands down the most prominent, and also has incredible content. We were very happy to see the diversity of outlets in which you placed ads for our home. We are convinced that the sophisticated Internet marketing was a key factor in generating interest and selling our home. This is something that every seller should look into before selecting a Realtor, and is often overlooked. We believe that the high code of ethics, the expertise and the straight talk that you and your staff exhibited through out the process should be a model for other agencies. Not to be overlooked is the personal touch you gave us - answering all our trivial questions, the countless visits to our home just to check up, and the expert guidance through the negotiation process in a buyers market. 	During the tough times in the real estate market I needed an accomplished Real Estate Agent. The housing market in the Metro Phoenix area has and is the worst I had ever experienced. 	Dear Jeff and Jane: We are writing to express our appreciation of the Daley team in connection with our relocation to Arizona. We contacted Daley via their web site several months before our visit to Arizona to purchase a new home. Over the months, we received much interesting and helpful information, including home-pricing info. When we visited Arizona, Rob immediately took us to look at homes, even though our areas of interest were a long distance from Scottsdale. When Rob had to stay home to take care of his sick child, Cindy spent two days helping us, even though she was not too familiar with this phase of real estate services. She accommodated us to the extent of showing us some homes two or three times. Rob then worked with us to write the contract and arrange for the home inspection. He followed up to make sure that the repairs were completed and that the escrow matters were properly executed. 	Dear Jeff and Jane: Rob has proved himself over and over again that he has a keen eye for real estate and has a patient ear to listen to his client's needs. We met in the Fall of 2003 when I went to Phoenix for a conference. We saw many properties in Scottsdale in one afternoon but I was not ready to pull the trigger. Rob kept in touch with me after I returned to New York. 	Jeff, It is a rare opportunity to work with someone who is both knowledgeable in their craft and a professional in the way they conduct their business. You and your team "met and exceeded" our expectations in both categories. More than 60 people responded to our RSVP and were treated to Hawaii BBQ, Hawaiian music and Hula dancers from Hawaiian Expressions. Our guest were greeted with flower lei's as they entered our grass hut and the signature drinks for the evening, consisting of Blue Hawaiian's and Mai Tai's. Everyone said they had a good time the food was great and it was a lot of fun. 	Dear Jeff: Re: Alena Sygal and Keller Williams Real Estate My wife and I just got married in October of this year and are looking to start a family within a year or so. We were residing in Southern California and realized after pricing houses down there we couldn't afford what we wanted where we wanted. After some searching we came up with Arizona for a place to relocate to, but didn't know anyone in the state for advice. We went online and emailed 5 real-estate agents from various companies. Your team was the only one who took our requests seriously. From the first time that Alena responded to our email, she has been professional and informative. We are young first-time homebuyers but never felt treated as such. We gave her our parameters for a home and she emailed us 17 listings for homes that, matched all the way from Surprise to Scottsdale. She was up until midnight emailing them to us making sure we got as many choices as possible. We picked out nine houses that we wanted to walk through and emailed her the choices. We gave her a day that we would come out and she scheduled all nine walkthroughs for that same day, in half-hour increments. She was knowledgeable of all the areas and how to get to all the homes.
