Tramonto is a master planned community located in the picturesque foothills of the North Valley, just 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Named for the Italian word for sunset, the community blends the beauty and serenity of its high Sonoran setting with the spirit and style of village life. Approximately one third of Tramonto’s land will be preserved as natural open space with ten foot wide multi-use trails, hillside trails and natural washes.
